England will face Wales at Wembley in what is set to be their most anticipated match of the group.
The last time England and Wales met was in a 2006 World Cup qualifying match where England ran out 1-0 winners in Cardiff, courtesy of a Joe Cole goal ten minutes into the second half. In 99 meetings between these two nations, England have won 64 while Wales have only won 14. Wales will be hoping to qualify for the European Championships for the first time in their history and will need to beat England in order to have any chance of doing so.
On the other hand, The Three Lions will be looking to brush aside their recent World Cup exit in South Africa and will do so by trying to qualify for the European Championships in 2012 as easily as possible. Situated right next door to the new Wembley Stadium, this 4* venue, operated by Hilton Hotels, offers the ideal location for entertaining both before and after the match. This is the next best thing to actually being in Wembley itself which is looking impossible to do unless you have signed up as a Wembley Stadium Club Member for the next ten years!
Our main hospitality facility within the hotel will be The International Suite on the ground floor which can cater for up to 300 guests in comfort on reserved tables of 10 or 12 with smaller numbers on shared tables. We also have a number of smaller suites available for companies or groups requiring their own exclusive facility.
All guests will be issued with security passes which must be kept with you at all times to gain admittance to the Wembley Plaza Hotel and the hospitality facilities.
Documentation including itineraries, maps, travel information, security passes and contact numbers will be sent to hosts by Royal Mail special delivery three weeks prior to the event in time to forward to your invited guests.

Please note that World of Corporate Hospitality is not authorised to provide Hospitality Packages that include match tickets to any football matches taking place at Wembley Stadium. Since the opening of the new stadium in May 2007 there is no longer any access for anyone to obtain Hospitality Packages that include match tickets on a match by match basis unless you are a sponsor, a private box holder or a Club Wembley Member signed up for the next 10 years. This is a complete revearsal of the previous arrangements at the old Wembley Stadium when corporate packages were available to the corporate and general public for nearly every event on a match by match basis. This was also the situation at the Millenium Stadium for the last six FA Cup Finals and other matches that took place in Cardiff.
However, we are pleased to be able to offer an excellent 'Hospitality Only' arrangement for all major events taking place at Wembley Stadium but obviously without match tickets. Our hospitality only arrangements take place within the 4* Wembley Plaza Hotel ajoining the stadium and makes for a great convenient venue to start and end your visit whilst entertaining clients, staff, family or friends. Since World of Corporate Hospitality started using this venue again in May this year, we have had nothing but praise for the level of service and quality of the food. We intend making this our prefered 'venue of choice' for all future events at Wembley.
Our arrangements at the Wembley Plaza Hotel are specifically tailored to those companies or individuals that have official match tickets for the event they are attending. In the main, match tickets would have to be obtained direct from the FA, participating clubs for domestic fixtures or given to you as a 'gift' by a sponsor, box holder or Club Wembley Member i.e. "no monies has changed hands". Box Holders and Club Wembley Members have this facility open to them, as part of their agreement with IMG at Wembley, as well as being able to purchase extra tickets for events at Wembley subject of course to availability.
So, if you experience difficulty in obtaining football tickets for matches at Wembley, our advice is to make friends with one of the sponsors, Box Holders or some of the 15,000 Club Members! Travelling to Wembley and Car Parking…
Please note that Wembley Stadium is now a ‘Public Transport Destination’ and as such no cars will be allowed within two miles of Wembley on event days.
Rail, tube, bus and pedestrian routes have been upgraded to help the 90,000 fans travel to and from the Stadium smoothly and safely on major event days. A resident’s permit scheme operates in the local area on Stadium event days. Only cars with official Wembley Stadium car park passes or resident’s passes will be allowed to park in the area. The local council has stated that illegally parked vehicles will be issued with large parking fines and towed away.

The Wembley Plaza Hotel is situated close to Wembley Stadium Station and is just a 10 minute walk from Wembley Park Station

In the first instance please check with us on +44 (0) 33 3456 7890 about availability for the day / days that you are interested in and for an update on any price changes that may have occurred. Once we have confirmed availability and the price, either verbally or via email, fax or letter, you should complete a ' Booking form' and email it to us as soon as possible. This will act as your confirmation to us that you wish to purchase the item/items in question at the price indicated.
When we have received your confirmation email we will then raise a deposit invoice if the event is more than 12 weeks away or an invoice for the whole amount if the event is taking place within 12 weeks. You will then have 7 days in which to pay the invoice in full to guarantee that we will hold the packages / tickets on your behalf. Payment can be made by cheque, credit card or BACS direct to our bank. Please note that event documentation will not be sent unless full payment has been received by the due date / dates.
All documents are normally sent out between two - three weeks prior to the event date by Post Office Special Delivery or an agreed alternative method. However, we are very much in the hands of the event organisers / promoters when any documents or tickets are actually sent to us so lead times may on occasions be much shorter. Also note that event tickets, provided as part of a VIP hospitality package, are normally given out to the hosts on the day for security reasons.

We do not supply tickets to all the events listed below but may be able to help in sourcing tickets for certain events depending on the demand, date, venue and amount of tickets required.
Please note that unless stated as "Official VIP Hospitality Packages" our arrangements are sourced and co-ordinated by us based on our experience of over thirty years in the Events industry. Where tickets only are required these would be sourced from the secondary ticket market and therefore prices would reflect the difficulty in obtaining such tickets.
