How to book
In the first instance please check with us by emailing World of Corporate Hospitality or by telephone on +44 (0) 20 7928 3003 regarding the event availability and confirmation of prices. One of the team at World of Corporate Hospitality will confirm availability with the price verbally and follow it up with an email, fax or letter confirmation.
The next stage is for you to complete a 'World of Corporate Hospitality Booking form' which we will email you along with our Terms and conditions. If all is in order simply sign the confirmation of booking form and email it back to us as soon as possible. This will act as confirmation, that you wish to purchase the events in question at the price indicated and that you have read and understood our terms and conditions on behalf of your party.
When we have received your confirmation email we will then raise a deposit invoice, if the event is more than 12 weeks away or an invoice for the whole amount if the event is taking place within 12 weeks. Please note that invoices will be emailed to you. We no longer post out invoices. You will then have 7 days in which to pay the invoice in full to guarantee that we will hold the packages on your behalf. Payment can be made by cheque, credit card or CHAPS / BACS direct to our bank. Please note that event documentation will not be sent unless full payment has been received by the due date as outlined on the invoice.
All documents are normally sent out between one - two weeks prior to the event date by Royal Mail Special Delivery or an agreed alternative method. However, we are very much in the hands of the event organisers/promoters when any documents are actually sent to us so lead times may on occasions be much shorter. Please also note that event tickets, provided as part of an official VIP hospitality package, are normally given out to the hosts at the event, on the day, for security reasons. In the past a number of guests have either lost or left their tickets at home or at their office and it can be impossible to arrange duplicate tickets at such short notice.
Once booked all events are Non transferable and Non refundable.
